Hafner & Loibl live

Maria Hafner and Theresa Loibl play in a very unusual instrumental line-up: voice accompanied by viola and bass clarinet. The songs are about love, longing, death or simply the evening before. It doesn’t matter whether the songs have their origins in the swamps of Louisiana or the Munich of the 50s. All of them are favourite songs, collected on journeys, eavesdropped on by street bands, in pubs, at the campfire or from a dusty, very rare shellac record from a friend’s DJ. The main thing is good sounds, between Giesing and New Orleans. That evening there will also be the premiere of “Im Menschen muss alles herrlich sein” at the Schauspielhaus, which we recommend to you.
